How delivery works, step by step
You order
Provide your shipping address (residential or business both work).
Dispatch (2-5 business days)
The warehouse packs and ships. Steel hoods travel in a wooden crate with foam protection.
LTL carrier delivery
Freight requires a delivery appointment. The carrier will call or text to schedule — keep your phone reachable; a missed appointment re-queues you 1-3 days.
Delivery & inspection
Check the crate before signing. Visible damage? Photograph it before accepting. Then film your unboxing — it's your ticket to a no-argument damage claim (claim process).
FAQ
How long until it arrives?
Dispatch 2-5 business days + transit 3-7 business days depending on distance from the warehouse. Typically 1-2 weeks door-to-door — versus 30-45 days for ocean-freight imports.
Do they deliver to my door?
LTL is curbside delivery: the driver sets the crate on the ground; no garage, no stairs. A hood panel weighs 40-50 lb — two people carry it easily.
What about liftgate service?
If your address has no loading dock or forklift, liftgate is required. We include liftgate for residential addresses by default — no extra charge.
Alaska / Hawaii / international?
The included freight covers the lower 48. AK/HI and international: contact us for a quote.
Can I pick it up?
Yes — the warehouse is in the western US. Pickup details are sent after ordering.
